What to Expect: Clear out the clutter or treasure hunt for your next favorite find! Our annual community-wide yard sale brings neighbors together to reuse, recycle, and discover great local deals. Whether you’re hosting a lawn or popping by to shop, it’s one of our favorite ways to kick off the warmer months.

When: Late Spring
What to Expect: A celebration of music, local talent, and springtime fun! Nesfest is our signature spring gathering featuring live performances, delicious bites, and activities for all ages. Grab a blanket, bring your family and friends, and enjoy a full day of community spirit in the sun.
🍂 Brookhaven Porchfest
When: Fall | Next Event: October 24, 2026 (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
What to Expect: Turning front porches into neighborhood stages! Porchfest is an unforgettable afternoon where local musicians play sets right from neighborhood porches while attendees stroll, listen, and celebrate. It’s the ultimate autumn afternoon of music, walking, and community connection.
